Syska Hennessy Group seeks an entry level Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our Engineer Development Program (EDT). You will learn from senior engineers, support CAD/BIM drafting, and assist with design tasks across multiple projects in a global engineering firm.

This role emphasizes collaboration, training, and professional growth, with a hybrid schedule offering in-office Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays, plus participation in ongoing EDT seminars and development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in Electrical engineering, or Architectural Engineering with a graduation date Winter 2026, Spring or Summer of 2027

Responsibilities

• Create basic designs under the direction of the senior engineer and/or senior designer
• Learn drawing organization and company standards
• Perform CAD/BIM drafting for a variety of projects and project sizes
