Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group is seeking an Electrical Engineering Graduate to join our EDT program and begin hands-on design work in a global engineering environment. You will contribute to CAD/BIM drafting, learn company standards, and coordinate with multiple trades under senior supervision.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a background in Electrical or Architectural Engineering, familiar with MEP CAD tools, and eager to develop through the Engineer Development Training program in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical engineering or Architectural Engineering with a graduation date Winter 2026, Spring or Summer 2027.
• Knowledge of latest version of MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience is a plus.
• Proficient in design and calculation software; MS Office Suite.
• FE or EIT Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create basic designs under the direction of the senior engineer or senior designer.
• Learn drawing organization and company standards.
• Perform CAD/BIM drafting for varied projects and sizes.
• Coordinate with other trades under the guidance of senior staff.
• Support design and engineering efforts for new installations, retrofits, replacements, upgrades.
• Take ownership of completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of work.
