Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group is hiring an entry level Electrical Engineering Graduate to support our engineering teams on innovative designs and CAD/BIM drafting across multiple projects. You will collaborate with senior staff to learn company standards and contribute to client satisfaction in a global practice.

The program includes the Engineer Development Training (EDT), mentorship, and a flexible schedule with in-office Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with a May- or Summer-2027 graduation window.
• Experience with AutoCAD MEP and REVIT is a plus; knowledge of design software is valued.
• Internship or prior engineering exposure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create basic designs under supervision of senior staff.
• Learn CAD/BIM drafting and company standards.
• Coordinate with other trades under guidance of senior engineers.
• Assist with field investigations and project coordination meetings.
• Support design and engineering for new installations and upgrades.
