Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Electrical Engineer, New Graduate, to join the Build4Growth program in North America. You will perform electrical design, coordinate new equipment development, and support plant modifications in cement manufacturing environments.

You will participate in a comprehensive 14-month learning path with blended online and on-the-job experiences, including projects, assignments, and cross-functional exposure across main plant areas.

Qualifications

• Entry-level electrical engineer with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Interest in PLC programming and process control systems preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP, AutoCAD and office software required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in programming CTI PLCs and HMI systems.
• Support network maintenance and IT for plant servers and switches.
• Assist in electrical and mechanical project management.
• Develop and maintain preventive maintenance routines.
• Prepare scope of work and cost estimates for electrical projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and prepare BOMs.
