Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Electrical Engineer, New Graduate to join our Ste. Genevieve Cement facility in Missouri.

You will oversee electrical maintenance activities, ensure safety compliance, and participate in the 14-month Build4Growth program designed to develop foundational knowledge in cement plant operations. You’ll supervise technicians, document control systems, analyze data, and contribute to reliability improvements while adhering to health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Field of Study Preferred: Electrical Engineering.
• Required Work Experience: 0-3 years.
• Required Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Promote electrical safety and safe work practices in the workplace.
• Supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians on daily work orders and projects.
• Maintain documentation of electrical schematics and spare parts inventory.
• Troubleshoot control system hardware and software problems.
• Support plant maintenance and PLC control projects to improve reliability and safety.
