Amrize is seeking an Electrical Engineer, New Graduate, to contribute to electrical design and development for plant equipment as part of the Build4Growth program. The role emphasizes safety, project coordination, and hands-on learning within cement plant operations and processes.

The program is a 14-month comprehensive learning track blending online learning, face-to-face sessions, on-the-job assignments, and projects to build foundational knowledge in plant electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Entry level (0-3 years) in Electrical Engineering.
• Field of Study Preferred: Electrical Engineering.
• Required Technical Skills: SAP, Autocad, Project and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate electrical design and development of new and existing equipment.
• Interface with contractors and suppliers for quotes and field direction.
• Prepare cost estimates and justify capital project needs.
