Job summary

Amrize is seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to perform and coordinate design of new electrical equipment, and modify existing installations in line with plant standards. The role is part of the Build4Growth program, a 14-month cement plant learning and development track.

You will gain foundational knowledge across main operational areas, with a blended online and on-the-job approach, working on PMs, BOMs, and capital projects while prioritizing safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Entry level electrical engineer with 0–3 years of experience.
• Electrical Engineering degree preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, AutoCAD, Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform and coordinate electrical design and development of new equipment.
• Program CTI PLCs and Ifix HMI; manage kiln/mill control.
• Maintain electrical networks and IT support for servers and switches.
• Manage electrical and mechanical projects and PM development.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance routines.
