Amrize is seeking a Electrical Engineer, New Graduate to join the US Build4Growth program and contribute to electrical maintenance at the plant in Ste. Genevieve Cement MO. You will help plan, schedule and execute control system activities to maximize equipment reliability.

The role emphasizes safety, collaboration with maintenance crews, and development through a structured 14-month learning program blending online and on-site sessions, with opportunities to work on full-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Field of Study Preferred: Electrical Engineering.
• Required Work Experience: 0-3 years.
• Required Computer and Software Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Travel Requirements: 5%.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety with all other employees and outside contractors.
• Supervise electrical and instrumentation technicians in daily work orders and projects.
• Maintain electrical schematics documentation and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure control system programming meets environmental compliance.
• Provide training and guidance for plant personnel.
