Job summary

Nebius is seeking an Electrical Engineer in the Americas to provide the technical electrical engineering perspective across the acquisition and development lifecycle—from initial site evaluation through construction readiness.

You will collaborate with Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Development, Energy, Finance, and Delivery to ensure power distribution, interconnection, and equipment assumptions are sound before moving forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years in data center electrical engineering or mission-critical plant design.
• Experience with medium-voltage distribution, switchgear, UPS, gensets.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical evaluation of sites, colocation, and build-to-suit.
• Define power distribution topology and redundancy strategies.
• Coordinate with teams to validate interconnection and on-site generation.
• Ensure electrical assumptions are integrated into budgets and schedules.
• Develop technical readiness gates for pre-construction milestones.
