You will act as Designer of Record, manage schedules and budgets, seal construction drawings, and coordinate with architects, structural and mechanical engineers to deliver compliant solutions.

The role requires a BSEE, PE registration, U.S. citizenship, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work policy supports two days in-office involvement and travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with ≥5 years' electrical design experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
• Strong written and verbal communication of technical concepts.

Aufgaben

• Designer of Record for electrical design projects, including schedule, budget, delegation, and sealing drawings.
• Lead design efforts within a multidisciplinary team and delegate work to junior staff.
• Gather information, interview stakeholders, perform calculations, and prepare rough layouts.
• Present findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Perform high-level tasks under defined standards and codes.
• Research products and assist project designers with materials selection and system study.
• Design and calculate lighting systems and controls.
• Prepare load analyses and energy compliance documentation.
• Conduct construction administration and field investigations, manage RFIs and Change Orders.
