Job summary

Olin is seeking an Electrical Engineering Co-Op for a 6-month rotation at East Alton, IL. You will lead hands-on projects, uphold reliability of electrical systems, and support preventive maintenance initiatives during the term.

The role requires an undergraduate Electrical Engineering student with a 3.0+ GPA, sophomore year completed, and eligibility to work in the United States. Housing stipend is available for the rotation.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in undergraduate Electrical Engineering with minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Official transcript required each term.
• Must have completed sophomore year (60 credits) before first rotation.
• Full-time 40 hours/week during rotation; no virtual work.
• ITAR access vetting; U.S. work authorization; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead at least three hands-on projects during the rotation.
• Provide reliability leadership for electrical systems.
• Support maintenance in preventive and predictive maintenance policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements for small caliber ammo production.
