Job summary

Olin is seeking an Electrical Engineer 6-Month Co-Op (June-December) in McIntosh, AL. This role supports maintenance and production with reliability, design, and maintenance of instrumentation and electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

You’ll lead at least three hands-on projects, provide reliability leadership for instruments, valves, and electrical systems, and participate in plant turnarounds and P&IDs updates. Housing stipend available.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Electrical Engineering program.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale at all times.
• Must have completed sophomore year before first rotation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects during the rotation.
• Provide reliability leadership for instruments, valves, and electrical systems.
• Support maintenance in developing preventive and predictive maintenance policies.
• Participate in plant turnarounds and update P&IDs.
