Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
• PE certification or ability to gain through reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the client interface for project matters and frequently interacts with clients.
• Leads and oversees the technical and design services for electrical engineering projects as part of a multi-discipline project team.
• Supervises and mentors the team, including managers, engineers, production staff and administrative staff, and recruits new regional team members.
• Allocates resources, balances manpower across projects, and ensures timeliness, quality, and budgets.
• Prepares design drawings, technical specifications, and permit submittals for engineering projects.
• Sourses new clientele and delivers high-quality service through operational excellence.
• Prepares proposals and presents project presentations to clients.
• Collaborates with other departments to support sales and delivery of McKim & Creed's services.
• Stays current with design standards and regulations.
• Balances multiple tasks on multiple projects.
