Quest Global is seeking a Drives Control Engineer for an on-site role in Erie, PA. Responsibilities include documentation, integration, and lifecycle development of drives control features, plus building plant models in MATLAB/Simulink to model various power converter topologies.

Required are a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics and 3–5 years of HIL and real-time simulation experience, with strong MATLAB/Simulink skills and knowledge of drive systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related STEM.
• 3-5 years of experience in HIL system design and real-time simulation.
• Strong proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for model-based development tasks.

Responsibilities

• Documentation of Existing Drives Control Features.
• Integration and Baseline Merging of Existing Drives Control Features.
• Full Lifecycle Development of New Drives Control Features.
• Develop plant models using MATLAB/Simulink that accurately represent various power converter topologies.
