Job summary

Eckart LLC is seeking a proactive Job Manager to oversee electrical distribution, supply chain, and project coordination from order entry to completion. You will liaise with sales, warehouses, and external partners to ensure timely material delivery and accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in electrical distribution or project coordination, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of job-based workflows.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with contractors or commercial/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track multiple project/job orders from initiation through completion
• Coordinate with sales teams, warehouses, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Monitor job progress, identify delays, and proactively resolve issues
• Review and validate order accuracy, pricing, and specifications
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and timelines
• Ensure documentation is complete and up to company and industry standards
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
