Job summary

Codale Electric Supply is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple electrical distribution projects, coordinating vendors, customers, and our sales team to meet deadlines and logistics. You will drive proactive issue resolution, ensure accurate reporting, and uphold top-tier customer service standards.

The role requires 2-3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication are essential for success in a fast-paced wholesale

Qualifications

2-3 years of job-related experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Electrical distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with vendors, customers, and sales on multiple projects to meet deadlines and logistics.
Proactively resolve issues with Project Managers and installers.
Ensure reporting is accurate and goals are met.
Uphold highest customer service standards.
Manage project orders and warranties in the Job Management system.
Attend weekly progress meetings and report status to management.
