Job summary

Loeb Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator – Project Construction to support execution of lighting and electrical distribution projects. You will help with documentation, quotes, order tracking, scheduling coordination, and vendor follow-up, interfacing with sales, customers, manufacturers and internal teams for timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in similar roles, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/order-tracking tools.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years experience in project coordination, customer service, or related electrical/construction environments.
• Familiarity with electrical components, lighting, and/or switchgear preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage documentation, scheduling, and follow-up tasks with accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort with ERP or order tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with quotes, BOM reviews, order entry, and project documentation.
• Track order status, lead times, delivery milestones, and shipment updates.
• Request, organize, and distribute submittals, drawings, and product documentation.
• Confirm product availability, substitutions, and lead times with vendors.
• Monitor status of approvals, releases, and required documentation.
