Eckart LLC seeks a proactive Job Manager to oversee electrical distribution projects from order entry to completion. You will coordinate with sales, warehouses, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain accurate documentation while communicating with customers about timelines.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. This is a full-time on-site position in Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in electrical distribution, supply chain, or project coordination.
• Experience working with contractors or commercial/industrial projects.
• Familiarity with inventory management and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track multiple project/job orders from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate with sales teams, warehouses, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor job progress, identify delays, and proactively resolve issues.
• Review and validate order accuracy, pricing, and specifications.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status and timelines.
• Ensure documentation is complete and up to company and industry standards.
• Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
