The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, experience in electrical distribution or construction, proficiency with Bluebeam and Excel, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with sales team and customers to understand scope and timeline.
• Participate in client meetings and ensure smooth transition from sales to PM.
• Gather information to purchase and procure materials.
• Issue purchase orders to manufacturers and reps.
• Ensure materials are received, stored, and delivered accurately.
• Coordinate all material deliveries with customers.
• Complete accurate billing in a timely manner.
