Qualifications

• 1+ years in quotation, project management, or customer service.
• Experience in electrical distribution preferred.
• High School or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work hours: 8am - 5pm.
• Manage all aspects of low profile/complex projects.
• Communicate with customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Read Purchase Orders to understand requirements.
• Coordinate with sales and vendors on pricing and orders.
• Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates.
• Maintain delivery schedules and documentation.
• Prepare price quotations and proposals.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability.
• Ensure documentation such as O&M manuals and test reports are provided.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
