Job summary

Border States Industries, Inc. seeks an Alliance Service Representative I to support day-to-day Customer Service operations by entering orders, following up on inquiries, coordinating deliveries and handling returns.

The role involves providing pricing from vendors, processing EDI orders, and using product knowledge to assist customers and suppliers. Located in Amarillo, TX or Lubbock, TX with growth within a leading employee-owned distributor.

Qualifications

• 2-year business/trade degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical products and systems preferred.
• Technical ability to understand electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Receives and enters orders accurately and timely.
• Provides price quotes to customers for existing bill of materials.
• Follows up on inquiries and order status and coordinates deliveries.
• Loads and maintains customer part numbers in CMIR and adheres to product standards.
• Assists with billing issues and emergency orders.
