Job summary

Exelon is seeking a skilled engineer to support planning, design, construction and maintenance of electric and gas infrastructure. You will perform studies, calculations and field inspections to ensure safety, reliability and regulatory compliance, with extended hours during storms as needed.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams on large projects, interpreting power flows, preparing technical reports, and aiding budgeting and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering required.
• 2-4 years of professional engineering experience.
• Ability to analyze complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of regulations and engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering assignments under guidance of senior engineers.
• Analyze power flows and complex data to support reliability and safety.
• Contribute to design, testing, and validation of HV transmission and distribution circuits.
• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and project coordination.
