Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an MEP Designer in the building construction industry.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in REVIT.
• Must be located within a commutable distance of the San Francisco, CA office.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan electrical power systems for various project types (commercial, tech, healthcare, education, government).
• Design and specification of power and control systems, layouts, load calculations, and equipment sizing.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, code officials, and contractors.
• Support construction administration tasks including RFIs and submittals.
• Interface with code officials and project teams from concept through construction.
