Requires Associate degree in Engineering Technology or CAD, NEC familiarity, and proficiency in 2D AutoCAD and Microstation. On-site role with benefits.

Qualifikationen

Associate degree in Engineering Technology or CAD is required.
8+ years of relevant industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation drafting and design.
Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code).
Ability to estimate task completion and develop equipment specifications for 480VAC and 15kV/5kV systems.
Proficient in 2D AutoCAD and Microstation; 3D AutoCAD desirable.

Aufgaben

Perform complete design of complex electrical and instrumentation assignments under general supervision.
Produce installation details, motor control center single lines, electrical room layouts, and control panel layouts.
Create 480VAC and 15kV/5kV equipment specifications with engineering review and approval.
Develop electrical installation specifications and cable schedules.
Lead and mentor less experienced drafting personnel and coordinate with staff and discipline lead.
