Job summary

Hargrove Engineers & Constructors is seeking an Electrical Designer to perform electrical/instrumentation design tasks at an industrial facility in New Johnsonville, TN. The role involves creating installation details, MCC layouts, and wiring diagrams under general supervision, with 2+ years of relevant experience and an Associate degree.

Ideal candidates will be proficient in 2D AutoCAD and Microstation, familiar with NEC, and capable of on-site startup support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or CAD drafting required.
• 2+ years of relevant industrial electrical/instrumentation drafting and design experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce installation details, motor control center single lines, electric room layouts, and wiring diagrams under minimal supervision.
• Communicate scope and design changes promptly.
• Provide on-site assistance during startup.
