Job summary

Hargrove & Associates Inc. is seeking an Electrical Designer to support industrial facilities in the Tennessee area. You will design electrical/instrumentation layouts, develop MCC single lines, room layouts, and cable schedules under supervision.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation plus NEC knowledge is essential, with opportunities to work on wiring diagrams and installation details. The role requires an Associate degree in Engineering Technology or CAD and 2+ years of related industrial

Qualifications

• Familiarity with NEC and electrical codes.
• Ability to size wire/conduit and perform lighting calculations.
• Experience creating electrical installation documents from vendor drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical/instrumentation design for projects.
• Produce installation details, MCC single lines, room layouts and wiring diagrams.
• Create cable schedules, grounding, lighting, power and instrumentation plans.
• Assist in scope changes and provide on-site startup support.
