Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Engineering Design Lead to guide a team of engineers and designers on electric power systems. You will deliver detailed drawings, 3D models, and construction documents for complex installations with a focus on safety, code compliance, and constructability.

You will review engineering studies, coordinate with field teams, and drive value engineering while maintaining QA/QC. Strong leadership and communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years in design engineering or 8 years with PE license.
• Strong NEC knowledge and building code experience.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams on complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and designers on electrical drawings and models.
• Develop and approve engineering calculations and reports.
• Provide technical direction and risk mitigation for projects.
• Review outside engineering documents for constructability and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with field electricians to support data collection and execution.
• Mentor engineers and designers to develop licensure and knowledge.
