Job summary

ArchKey Solutions in San Francisco seeks an Engineering Design Lead to guide a team of engineers and designers in delivering electrical drawings, 3D models, and construction documents for complex installations.

You will ensure designs are code-compliant, fully constructible, and aligned with project goals, performing advanced studies and providing field support.

The ideal candidate has extensive NEC knowledge, strong leadership, and experience with healthcare, data center, or industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• PE license and demonstrated leadership on projects are highly valued.
• Deep knowledge of NEC and building codes relevant to design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of engineers and designers delivering detailed electrical drawings, 3D models and construction documents.
• Develop and approve engineering calculations and studies including arc flash and load calculations.
• Provide technical direction, constructability guidance, and risk mitigation for projects.
