SharkNinja is seeking a hands-on Early Talent engineer to design and test prototypes for the next generation of Shark and Ninja products in Needham, MA. You’ll collaborate with engineers and designers, build circuits, run tests, and help refine designs for manufacturability and cost, delivering usable concepts quickly.

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Full-time 40-hour workweek on-site in Needham, MA.
• Exposure to motor control, sensor integration, embedded MCUs.
• Familiarity with C/C++ for microcontroller apps is a plus.
• Experience with quick-turn prototyping is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and test early-stage prototypes for next-generation SharkNinja products.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners to turn concepts into functional hardware.
• Build circuits and test fixtures; run verification and validation test plans.
• Refine designs for manufacturability, cost, and user experience.
• Support rapid development cycles and communicate findings clearly.
