Job summary

SharkNinja, Inc. is seeking a hands-on early talent for our Advanced Development team in Needham, MA. You will design and test early-stage prototypes for the next generation of Shark and Ninja products, collaborating with engineers and designers to turn concepts into working hardware.

The role focuses on rapid prototyping, ECAD and testing, with opportunities to influence product direction and gain real-world manufacturing exposure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical Engineering; current student or recent graduate.
• Full-time, 40-hour workweek onsite in Needham, MA.
• Exposure to motor control, sensors, embedded MCUs, battery management, signal amplification, switching power.
• Knowledge of C/C++ for microcontroller apps is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of concepts and technologies for next-gen SharkNinja products.
• Support prototyping using ECAD tools, simulation, and breadboard circuits.
• Build test fixtures and execute verification/validation test plans.
