Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking engineering and technology co‑op participants in Needham, MA. You’ll work with electrical, embedded, software, robotics, digital and quality teams to design, build, test, and iterate on high‑performance consumer products.

You'll contribute to real projects, gain practical experience in labs and code, and engage in design reviews, sprints and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impact from day one.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics or related field.
• Able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule.
• Strong fundamentals in your discipline and curiosity to apply them to problems.
• Able to read schematics, technical drawings and product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and validate next-generation SharkNinja products and software.
• Build prototypes, test fixtures, scripts and tools
• Support debugging, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and failure investigations.
• Develop and execute test plans, document results and turn data into design recommendations.
• Collaborate across hardware, firmware and software teams in Agile environments.
• Own a meaningful project end-to-end and present contributions to SharkNinja leaders.
