Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Tucson, AZ is hiring a Depot Lead for the ESSM program to plan, coordinate, and oversee depot activities ensuring on-time delivery and quality. You will partner with PM, Quality, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to meet contractual commitments.

The role requires a University degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years, and the ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance. Strong budgeting and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with budgets, program financials, EV management and EAC process.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government security clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage, report, and consolidate data to track Sustainment trends for leadership.
• Develop and maintain schedules, priorities, and workflows to meet deliverables.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations on troubleshooting and improvements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement to reduce cycle time.
• Serve as CAM for the ESSM Depot contract; manage budgets, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for Program Reviews and customer updates.
• Prepare and submit CDRL items as required.
• Conduct risk and opportunity analysis and manage actions.
• Provide productivity updates for Monthly Business Reviews and metrics.
