Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ, seeks an Electrical Depot Hardware Lead to provide technical oversight for a missile production program. You will mentor a cross-functional team, prioritize work with program leads, and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve production issues.

Relocation is available; 1st shift with travel under 10% annually. Required DoD Secret clearance and a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience with RF/analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design or analysis and DSP.
• Proven experience leading a technical project or root-cause investigations.
• Experience communicating technically with customers and updating data packages.

Responsibilities

• Function as an Electrical Depot Hardware Lead on Missile Production Program.
• Provide technical oversight/mentorship over cross-functional engineers and operations staff. Focus placed on engineering task execution, technical rigor, and meeting schedule.
• Coordinate with Depot Program Lead and Production Chief Engineer for cross-functional prioritization.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, our Industrial Partner, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration. Support ILMF’s (Intermediate Level Maintenance Facilities) in troubleshooting and failure investigations.
• Travel Requirements: less than 10% annually; Shift Information: 1st shift
