Lead electrical depot hardware activities for a missile production program, providing technical oversight and mentorship while coordinating engineering priorities and execution. Work with operations, supply chain, quality, engineering, and maintenance facilities to resolve production and test issues and support troubleshooting and failure investigations.
A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, physics, mathematics, or a related STEM field and at least five years of relevant experience are required. Candidates must have experience in relevant electronics or signal-processing work, technical project or failure-investigation leadership, customer collaboration, and technical documentation; an active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required before starting.
