Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a field crew (up to 10 workers).
• Assign daily tasks and maintain schedule to meet productivity targets.
• Perform quality control inspections and ensure work aligns with drawings and codes.
• Coordinate planning, materials, and site logistics with the Foreman.
