Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an Electrical Crew Leader in Virginia to plan, organize and supervise crew activities, ensuring installation quality and compliance with QC plans. The role requires substantial electrical experience and the ability to manage material flow, tool inventories, and daily reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School Degree or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an associate degree.
• Ability to lift, carry and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work at heights up to 60 feet and climb ladders/scaffolds.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and schedule crews to complete work orders.
• Ensure work is installed to high quality standards with QC checks.
• Maintain as-built drawings and field records weekly.
• Inventory tools and equipment and report losses or damages.
• Prepare daily hour/unit reports for crews.
• Respond to accidents/incidents within 24 hours and document properly.
• Lead cleanup and ensure work areas are broom-clean at day end.
