Job summary

M.C. Dean in the Washington, DC area is seeking an Electrical Crew Leader to plan, organize, and schedule field crews for assigned work orders. You will ensure high-quality installation, perform QC checks, and maintain project drawings and logs across projects within a 70-mile radius of Tysons, VA.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of electrical industry experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years with an associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and schedule crews to complete work orders.
• Ensure work is installed to high-quality standards and conduct QC inspections.
• Maintain accurate as-built drawings and logs; update master drawings weekly.
• Submit daily hours/units for each employee assigned to the Foreman.
