You will plan, organize, and schedule tasks, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards. This role requires coordinating materials, tools, and information packages for field operations and maintaining accurate daily records. Ideal candidates have 6+ years in electrical, 4+ years with an Associate degree, and proven leadership abilities to guide crews through

• 6+ years of experience in the electrical industry with a High School diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience with an Associate degree.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule crews to complete work orders on time and safely.
• Monitor QA/QC plans and checklists to ensure high‑quality installations.
• Maintain accurate as‑built drawings and weekly tool/inventory logs.
• Prepare information packages for each crew including drawings and cut sheets.
• Submit daily hours/units for each crew member.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and incident reporting timelines.
