Qualifications

• Electrical knowledge and experience required.

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• HVAC or plumbing product knowledge is a plus.
• Comfortable multitasking on a computer while supporting customers.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, fast, and accurate customer service at the counter and cash window.
• Process payments, returns, credits, and will-call orders.
• Suggest, promote, and upsell products to support customer needs and branch sales.
• Stay informed on product lines, promotions, programs, and spiffs.
• Build pricing quotes by researching availability and vendor options.
• Provide post-sale support (follow-ups, troubleshooting, invoice questions).
• Attend training opportunities at various Wolff Bros. branches.
• Follow all safety guidelines, SOPs, and company processes.
