Job summary

Kendall Electric in Holland, MI is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join the sales team. You will promote and sell electrical products, assist customers in-person and over the phone, and provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced environment.

The role may include warehouse support, loading products, inventory replenishment, order picking, and back-up delivery duties. You’ll work with the distribution center and sales teams to grow business and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math and reasoning skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services to customers visiting or calling in.
• Assist customers with loading product into their vehicle.
• Replenish inventory in the counter area and pick counter orders.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and warehouse activities as needed.
• Back-up delivery drivers as needed and operate forklifts or pallet jacks when qualified.
