• Demonstrates product knowledge and provides information about promotions.
• Suggests replacement/alternative products when appropriate.
• Follows up with customers on credit issues, merchandise transfers, and order completion.
• Maintains working knowledge of the entire sales process from order entry to payment processing.
• Processes returns with proper documentation and restocks items as needed.
• Maintains store cleanliness, shelves, and labeling; supports safety and policies.
