Job summary

Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, is hiring a Counter Sales Representative to assist customers, promote products, and support warehouse tasks as needed. The role uses ERP software to manage the sales process and fulfill orders. Shift: 8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday; starting wage ranges from $20 to $24 per hour.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma, at least one year in the electrical industry, strong communication, and teamwork. Training opportunities, benefits, and growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in electrical industry or knowledge of electrical products.
• EDGE Bronze Level training or commitment to complete within 18 months of starting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers during the sales process using ERP software.
• Track and fulfill sales orders by picking orders, creating documentation, and making follow-up calls.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge and request stock as needed.
• Arrange and organize displays and shelves to be visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock, and replenish merchandise.
• Ensure pricing, labels and signage are accurate and visible.
• Build positive working relationships and maintain a safe, clean environment.
