Job summary

Rexel USA, including the Mayer Team in Meridian, MS, is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide prompt, courteous service and accurate order processing for customers.

You will support showroom stocking, assist with daily branch activities, build relationships with customers, and stay informed on electrical products to help drive sales. Experience in customer service and electrical distribution preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and developing customer relationships.
• Restock showroom and keep showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Support warehouse tasks including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and assist inside sales as needed.
