Rexel USA in Artesia, NM is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide prompt, courteous service and knowledgeable assistance on purchases. You will support showroom operations and collaborate with the branch team to handle stocking, receiving, and deliveries.

The role focuses on driving electrical distribution sales for the counter business, developing relationships with new and existing customers, and maintaining product knowledge and showroom cleanliness.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• High School or GED - Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with their purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for our counter business and developing new and existing customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
• Stay informed and educated on product knowledge.
• Assist inside sales as needed.
• Inform manager of any potentially hazard or elevated situation pertaining to safety or the satisfaction of a customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
