Job summary

Rexel USA in Boston, MA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide prompt, courteous service and to support the branch in driving electrical distribution sales. Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution.
• Previous branch experience preferred.
• Forklift/hand truck/pallet jack certification preferred.
• If required to drive: valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a clear Motor Vehicle Record.
• Medical certificate verification as required by law within 30 days of hire.
• No at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service for purchases and processing of orders and returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales and developing customer relationships.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and new offerings.
• Notify manager of safety concerns or customer issues.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and organizing the showroom and counter.
• May perform other duties including inside sales, order processing, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping.
• May make deliveries up to 20% of the time.
