Job summary

Rexel USA in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to join the Mayer Team. This role focuses on delivering prompt, courteous service, aiding customers with purchases and order processing, and supporting showroom operations.

You will also help drive electrical distribution sales, develop new and existing customer relationships, and assist with stock, warehouse tasks, and product knowledge to support a smooth showroom experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales or electrical distribution preferred.
• High School or GED required.
• Electrical product knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing of orders or returns.
• Assist in driving electrical distribution sales for the counter business and develop customer relationships.
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter clean and organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions such as receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries.
