Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Counter Sales Representative for the Mayer Team in Meridian, MS. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with purchases and returns, and help maintain the showroom and stock levels.

This role supports branch operations, including receiving and shipping, and requires knowledge of electrical products and strong communication skills. A High School diploma or GED is required with 2+ years in related fields preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Experience in electrical distribution or related sales environment preferred
• High School or GED - required

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing orders/returns
• Contribute to driving electrical distribution sales and build relationships with customers
• Assist with daily restocking, showroom maintenance, and keeping showroom and counter organized
• Support warehouse functions such as receiving, shipping, stocking, and deliveries
• Stay informed on product knowledge and share with customers
• Assist inside sales as needed
• Notify supervisor of safety hazards or customer issues
• Perform other duties as assigned
