Job summary

Rexel USA in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide prompt, courteous service and knowledge for customers. You will assist customers with purchases, process orders and returns, and collaborate with the branch team on stocking and showroom upkeep.

As a part of a busy electrical distribution environment, you will help expand counter sales, build customer relationships, and stay current on product knowledge while supporting warehouse activities when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with purchases and processing of their orders or returns.
• Drive electrical distribution sales and develop relationships with customers.
• Restock showroom and keep showroom and counter organized.
• Assist with warehouse functions: receiving, shipping, stocking, deliveries.
• Stay informed on product knowledge.
• Support inside sales as needed.
