Job summary

NorthEast Electrical, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a full-time Counter Sales Associate for our Biddeford, ME location. Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm. Salary range $23-$25 per hour plus commission.

You will provide retail and professional customer service, maintain store appearance, and assist with stock and promotions. Qualifications

• Strong customer service/communication skills.
• Good Excel skills and ability to navigate websites.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Dependable and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team setting.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 75lbs using manual and PIT Equipment.

Responsibilities

• Take orders over the phone, in person, and via digital tools.
• Enter stock, special, direct, and back orders as required.
• Demonstrate our online solution for fast ordering.
• Support Branch Manager with warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
