Capital Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking a Counter Sales associate in Durham, NC. You will assist customers, handle orders, and promote product promotions while building relationships with contractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales, selecting products, and supporting warehouse duties as needed. Training for electrical knowledge and software tools will be provided. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred, but training provided.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming customer phone calls.
• Greet walk-in customers.
• Assist customers with order and product selection.
• Prepare customer sales tickets and process charges.
• Promote and sell promotions and credits.
